OKLAHOMA CITY – A new single, “Deep Blue,” has emerged from Chat Pile, signaling their forthcoming album Who Loves The Sun, due September 4 via The Flenser.
Noise rock quartet Chat Pile has announced their new album, Who Loves The Sun, is scheduled for release on September 4, 2026, through The Flenser. The Oklahoma City-based band features vocalist Raygun Busch, guitarist Luther Manhole, bassist Stin, and drummer Cap’n Ron. This release follows their critically acclaimed 2024 album, Cool World, which was mixed by Ben Greenberg of Uniform.
Earlier this year, Chat Pile released a limited-edition 7-inch single, “Masks” b/w a Nirvana cover, “Sifting,” on Sub Pop on February 6, 2026. The single was available on sea-glass with black swirl vinyl, with a tour-exclusive peach variant. The band also has upcoming tour dates scheduled across Australia and Europe in June and August 2026.
